Помогите разобраться! Мною был оформлен потребительский кредит 04.10.2008 года на сумму 2500 грн. на 10 месяцев равными частями (по графику первый платеж 05.11.2008 и последний платеж до 10.08.2009). Я начал выплачивать кредит с 10.2008 равными частями и осуществил последнюю проплату 06.06.2009 года остаток по кредиту(платежки все имеються), после мне было сообщено в усной форме что кредит погашен. в июле 2012 года приходит письмо что сумма кредитной задолжености составляет 200 грн. а следом со мной связываеться колекторская фирма с требованием заплатить долг или будем судиться. Подскажите что делать в данной ситуации.
